The Florida Department of Health in Glades County (DOH-Glades) conducts surveillance for reportable conditions and outbreaks of communicable diseases in accordance with Rule 64D-3, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.) to protect the residents and visitors of our county. DOH-Glades has individual programs that investigate and report HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Sexually Transmitted Diseases. The Epidemiology Program investigates all other diseases/conditions which are reportable to the Florida Department of Health.
