Community Health Improvement Plan

Glades County’s Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) is a collaboration of the Florida Department of Health in Glades County, the Health Planning Council of Southwest Florida, and several community partners who studied the information in the Community Health Assessment and chose the areas that we believe both need attention and where we can make a difference.

Healthier Hendry Glades Task Force

The Healthier Hendry Glades Task Force was formed and this group continues to work toward helping the residents of Hendry County become healthier. The task force welcomes community members to join.
